Run by the Wimmer family since 1943 and beautifully designed in the Prairie style, it demonstrates that Wisconsin supper-club fare can rise to the level of haute cuisine. THe steaks, the fish and seafood, the chicken and veal and duck - every dish is prepared with expert and close attention to detail.
