The Del-Bar has undergone four major renovations and expansions over the years, all at the hands of architect James Dresser – a personal friend and protégé of the late Frank Lloyd Wright. Dresser’s creative architectural innovations are simultaneously intriguing and pleasing to the eye and serve as a wonderful backdrop to the Del-Bar’s fabulous cuisine. Although specializing in prime certified Angus dry-ages steaks, this comfortable establishment also features an extensive list of fresh seafood and other specialties along with their ever-changing “bistro menu” of nightly and seasonal delights. Their extensive award winning wine list is a perfect compliment to any fine dinning experience. Hopefully, after you have feasted on a prime steak topped with wild mushrooms or maybe the pan-seared sea scallops in a vermouth reduction sauce, you will still have enough room to enjoy one of the Del-Bar’s signature desserts.
